Actress Preity Zinta is presently in India with her husband Gene Goodenough, along with their children Jai and Gia. Today, Preity posted photos of her meeting with the Dalai Lama on her social media. The couple had the opportunity to meet the Dalai Lama in Dharamshala. In her accompanying message, Preity expressed her gratitude for the time they spent with him.

On Tuesday, Preity took to her Instagram account and shared a series of pictures from their meet. In the first picture, Preity can be seen smiling as she observed Gene Goodenough engaging in a handshake with Dalai Lama. Subsequently, in a series of photos, they were captured conversing and sharing laughter while seated together within a room. Sharing the picture, Preity wrote in the caption, “Ending IPL in Dharamshala was not what I hoped for but meeting his Holiness The Dalai Lama in Dharamshala was everything I hoped for. So grateful we got to spend some time with him as he shared pearls of wisdom & laughter with us #ting.”

In a separate Instagram post, Preity Zinta uploaded a selfie from inside her car. The actress was seen holding a plate of delectable street food, and she had a cheerful expression as she captured the moment. While she didn't reveal the specific place, she captioned the picture with, “First stop after landing back #dahipuri #streetfood #yummy #ting.”

Earlier, Preity Zinta had visited Hateshwari Mata temple located in Shimla, India. The actress had shared some pictures and videos of her visit on her social media handles to give her fans a glimpse of her spiritual journey. Accompanying her on the trip were her husband, Gene Goodenough, their children, Jai and Gia, and other members of their family.

Preity Zinta and Gene Goodenough exchanged wedding vows on February 29, 2016, in Los Angeles. The couple embraced parenthood and welcomed twins through surrogacy in the year 2021.
