As part of the preparation for the premiere of their magnum opus RRR in Japan on October 21, both its leading men NTR Jr and Ram Charan are learning Japanese.

“They both want to greet their Japanese fans in their own language and tell them how they love them,” a source informed Bollywood Hungama. The entire team is already in Japan ahead of the big day to interact with the local media. South megastar Ram Charan was recently seen taking a flight to Japan along with his wife for the said premiere of this blockbuster hit.

Apparently the RRR producers have paid a fortune for the team’s presence in Japan before the Japan release. When I pushed for a figure I was told it was “close to 5 crores.” Not just Japan, RRR has created waves in the West too, with talks of Oscar nominations and adulations for the film’s plot and actors’ performances, this film seems to be taking over the world’s cinema screens. Director of the film SS Rajamouli was recently in the US, attending film festivals and basking in the glory of the success of RRR not just at the box office but also among the audiences globally.
