Filmmaker Karan Johar turned a year older on May 25 and hosted a grand bash celebrating his 50th birthday. The who's who of Bollywood, Telugu industry were in attendance for this party at Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai. From Gauri Khan to Raveena Tandon, Varun Dhawan to Sidharth Malhotra, Vicky Kaushal-Katrina Kaif to Hrithik Roshan-Saba Azad, Kiara Advani to Rashmika Mandanna, Vijay Deverakonda to Shahid Kapoor, it was a night to remember. There were several reunions at the bash including that of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil co-stars Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma.

The duo came together for photographs with several party guests. Ranbir Kapoor was dressed in black tee with blingy blue jacket and trousers whereas Anushka opted a keyhole cut-out black dress for the party. Both the stars were all smiles in the pictures.

Meanwhile, on his birthday, Karan Johar announced that post the release of Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, he will direct an action film kicking off in April 2023. On the other hand, Ranbir Kapoor will next star in Shamshera, Brahmastra, Animal and Luv Ranjan's next. Anushka Sharma will essay the role of Jhulan Goswami in Chakda Xpress.
