Ranbir Kapoor and Nandamuri Balakrishna recite Dilip Kumar and Prithviraj Kapoor’s dialogues from Mughal-e-Azam, watch

The actor recited a line from Balaya’s film Legend with the help of Vanga and Rashmika.

Team Animal has begun promotions for their film. A full-length trailer, four songs, ‘Hua Main’, ‘Satranga’, ‘Papa Meri Jaan’ and ‘Arjan Vailly’ have been unveiled till now. Following the trailer unveiling on November 23 in New Delhi, Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna and director Sandeep Reddy Vanga appeared on Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Telugu chat show Unstoppable with NBK to promote the movie. During the course of the show, Nandamuri Balakrishna, also known as Balayya, said that Mughal-e-Azam is his all-time favourite movie.

The film featured Prithviraj Kapoor, Ranbir’s great-grandfather, along with Dilip Kumar and Madhubala. The Bhagavanth Kesari actor said that he knows the dialogues of Emperor Akbar played by Prithviraj Kapoor. To this, Ranbir was excited to hear it and said that he would respond to him with Dilip Kumar aka Shehzada Saleem’s dialogues. As Balaya recited the dialogues word-to-word, the Animal actor gave him a standing ovation.

In one of the segments, Ranbir Kapoor even tried his best to talk in Telugu. The actor recited a line from Balaya’s film Legend with the help of Vanga and Rashmika. They also danced to the title track of Nandamuri Balakrishna’s 2017 film Paisa Vasool and ‘Badtameez Dil’ from Ranbir’s 2013 film Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani.

Meanwhile, Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar’s T-Series, Murad Khetani’s Cine1 Studios and Pranay Reddy Vanga’s Bhadrakali Pictures have backed Animal. The film, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, is in the crime drama genre and is set to release on December 1, 2023.
