Randeep Hooda admitted that he had no idea that partying meant other than 'partying'. The actor, who has been in the industry for nearly 24 years, has a tight-knit group of close friends and family.

For those who are unfamiliar, star parties are commonly regarded as networking events where many people meet, interact, and create opportunities for themselves in the future. Randeep, speaking on Bharti TV, has now revealed his previous perceptions of these parties.

Randeep admitted to partying too much, but only with friends and at home. He claimed that at the start of his career, he went to a lot of such events. He admitted that he used to go there only to party and had no idea what he was saying to whom.

The actor stated that it was long later that he realized that the goal of those celebrations was completely different. According to him, one should merely hold a drink, exchange pleasantries, and learn about who is working on which project. Hooda went on to say that Bollywood parties are more like networking events than actual parties because "you party with your real friends who you're comfortable with."

In a prior interview with Siddharth Kannan, Randeep stated that he attended parties to have fun rather than create relationships, and that he would occasionally party too hard. Hooda stated, "I wish I knew how to play the game when I was younger. But it does not come easily to me."

On the work front, Randeep was most recently seen in Swatantrya Veer Savarkar, a film about Vinayak Damodar Savarkar's life. Hooda received praise for his performance in the titular role.
