Ranveer Singh was last seen in Jayeshbhai Jordaar. While the film wasn't a box office success, it found it's audience when it dropped on Amazon Prime Video. The actor is now gearing up for his next release. He will next star in Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus, releasing on December 23. The film stars Pooja Hegde and Jacqueline Fernandez. It marks his third collaboration with Rohit after Simmba and Sooryavanshi. They've also worked on ad campaigns together.

He also has Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. The film stars Alia Bhatt, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi. The film is slated for a 2023 release. The actor has also signed Shankar’s Anniyan remake.
