Chadha revealed that two of her three IndiGo flights in the last three days were delayed by over four hours each. While acknowledging the potential impact of fog and an air show, she questioned the lack of transparency and communication from the airline. "No immediate response from the airline. Common citizens suffer, with no recourse," she wrote.

Chadha further pointed towards the issue of monopolies in the aviation sector, arguing that it creates a lack of accountability. "Be it airlines, airport ownership or leadership, monopoly creates lack of accountability," she stated. This sentiment echoes concerns raised by other actors like Radhika Apte and Ranvir Shorey, who recently spoke out against different air carriers for their service issues.

"I am surprised only one person got physically assaulted because tempers were running very high," she wrote, highlighting the frustration and helplessness passengers feel in such situations.
