One of Bollywood's seasoned actors, Ronit Roy, hurt himself lately whilst shooting an action scene in the Hrithik Roshan- Yami Gautam starrer Kaabil, that is being directed by Sanjay Gupta. Being a thorough and dedicated professional to the core, he insisted on completing the shoot.

After the shooting got wrapped up, Ronit underwent a surgery, whose 'details' he shared with his concerned fans on Twitter. He posted a photograph of 9 glass pieces that were removed from his arm. He tweeted stating, "Surgery went well! 9 pieces of glass embedded in my arm removed! Thank you for your love and good wishes."
After a while, he again took to social media and posted a photograph of his building that was clicked from his residence. He captioned the photograph as "Back home after the surgery. Resting today. Gives me time to appreciate the gulmohar trees in full bloom from my window. Mother Nature comforting me."
