Earlier today, Shah Rukh Khan made the announcement of his third film set to be out in 2023. After announcing Pathaan in January, followed by Dunki in April, today, the superstar announced the title of his upcoming film with Atlee Kumar. Titled Jawan, the film’s teaser promises to present the superstar in a never seen before avatar. Soon after the announcement dropped, Shah Rukh Khan and the film began trending on social media. Now, superstar Salman Khan, who is a close friend of Shah Rukh Khan has approved of the trailer.

On Friday evening, Salman took to his social media handles to share the teaser of Jawan unveiling a rugged look of Shah Rukh Khan. "Mere jawaan bhai ready hai @iamsrk," wrote Salman sharing the teaser.

Talking about the teaser, it features Shah Rukh Khan amidst a rugged backdrop, wounded and wrapped in bandages. The first look of the film sets the tone for what’s to come, a larger-than-life action entertainer that will release across five languages - Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada in theatres across the globe on 2nd June 2023.

Known for directing a string of successful blockbuster films in the south like Raja Rani, Theri, Mersal, and Bigil to name a few, director Atlee brings his magic to a nationwide release with the highly anticipated, Jawan.

Red Chillies Entertainment presents Jawan, starring Shah Rukh Khan in the lead and produced by Gauri Khan. Jawan will release on June 2, 2023, in five languages making it Shah Rukh Khan’s first Pan India film.
