For the unversed, on Wednesday evening, SRK took to his verified Instagram handle to give a special shout-out to his daughter Suhana as she recently became the brand ambassador of a premium cosmetic brand, Maybelline.

On Tuesday night, a grand event was organised by Maybelline, where Suhana dazzled everyone. In a bright red co-ord suit, Suhana exuded boss lady vibes. Sharing a video montage of the night, Shah Rukh penned a heartwarming note to congratulate his daughter. It read, “Congratulations on Maybelline beta. Well dressed…well spoken…well done & if I may take some credit, well brought up! Love u my Lil Lady in Red!”

Reacting to the video, Suhana wrote, “awww love you!! So cute,” followed by red heart emoticons in the comments section. Meanwhile, fans of the star expressed their admiration for the father-daughter duo.

Along with Suhana, entrepreneur Anany Birla, badminton champion PV Sindhu, and supermodel Eksha Kerung were also announced as cosmetic giant Maybelline's new faces.

Coming to the professional front, Suhana is all set to make her big screen debut with Zoya Akhtar’s next directorial venture, titled The Archies. The forthcoming film will also star Khushi Kapoor and Agastya Nanda, among others. Speaking of the film, readers may recall that a source has shared the details with Bollywood Hungama. It will be based on the issue of deforestation. Despite the young cast, the movie touches upon important topics like the environment and protecting our forests and nature conservation.
