Shah Rukh Khan’s return after over four years in the form of Pathaan has turned out to be explosive. The film gave hints about its box office journey right after its advance booking was open. And once the film was released, it created a storm at the box office.
Shah Rukh, along with the team of Pathaan, had an event to mark the film’s success recently. Now that Pathaan has become the highest grossing Hindi film by reaching a mammoth score of Rs 446 crores, he has shared another reaction and thanked his fans in a unique way.
Taking to Instagram, SRK wrote, “The Sun is alone….it Burns….and comes out of the darkness to Shine again. Thank u all for letting the Sun shine on #Pathaan.” Along with the message, he shared a picture of himself inside his house where sun rays are seen falling on him. His beads necklace over his white T-shirt is unmissable.

During the aforementioned success event of Pathaan, SRK had said, “This is Deepika Padukone - she is Amar. Mai Shah Rukh Khan hoon - main Akbar hu. Yeh John Abraham hai - yeh Anthony hai. And this is what makes cinema, Amar Akbar and Anthony. There are no differences that any of us have for anybody, any culture or any aspect of life. We love you and that's why we make films. We love you to give us love. We are hungry for your love. These crores are nothing in front of the joy you guys get after watching our films. And the love you guys give us in return, there is no bigger reward than that.”
Directed by Siddharth Anand, Pathaan is a spy action thriller which also stars Dimple Kapadia and Ashutosh Rana in pivotal roles.
