Shah Rukh Khan visits Vaishno Devi before the release of Jawan; watch

Jawan is expected to be the first collaboration of King Khan with South filmmaker Atlee.

Fans of the superstar Shah Rukh Khan can’t control anticipation anymore as the release of the much-awaited action-packed entertainer Jawan is only a week away. Along with that, the makers have retained the high curiosity level as they are yet to release the trailer of the film. While King Khan is currently in Chennai for the audio launch of the film, a video has found its way on social media, which features Khan at the famous Vaishno Devi located in the other side of the country, in Kashmir, North India.

Fans have been sharing a video of Shah Rukh Khan from the famous religious shrine of Vaishno Devi as the superstar is accompanied by bodyguards and police. In the video, the superstar, however, doesn’t showcase his face and is seen sporting a blue hoodie as his face is covered with a black mask. Furthermore, it seems like the video also lacks clarity owing to the way it was shot. Interestingly, this is not the first time when the actor was spotted at this location since SRK had also visited the temple ahead of his last release, Pathaan.

Speaking of Jawan, the film is expected to feature a combination of Bollywood team as well as an extensive team from the South film industry. Marking the Bollywood debut of Nayanthara as SRK’s leading lady, it features Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Yogi Babu, Ridhi Dogra, among others in pivotal roles. Deepika Padukone too is expected to feature in an impactful cameo. With music by Anirudh Ravichander, directed by Atlee, and produced under the banner Red Chillies Entertainment, the film is slated for release on September 7 in Tamil and Telugu as well along with Hindi.
