Shah Rukh Khan’s glorious wax statue unveiled at Madame Tussauds Delhi (see INSIDE pictures and videos)

Shah Rukh Khan has ruled the hearts of millions for decades now and therefore he is called ‘King Of Romance’. It is no secret that he has immortalised the pose where he keeps his arms open and turns any cynic into a die-hard romantic. Now, isn’t it something? The newly opened Madame Tussauds Delhi has unveiled the statue of Shah Rukh Khan today and countless fans turned up for the inauguration. The makers have replicated the iconic pose of SRK, of course and its similarity to the Zero actor is uncanny. No surprises there because it is a characteristic feature of the museum, isn’t it?

With the statue the makers have a fact file made of the actor which contains unknown trivia about the actor. It reads like this: Referred by Indian media as the "Baadshah of Bollywood", or "King Khan", Shah Rukh Khan is an Indian film actor & producer with a record back to back. His first salary was Rs.50 which he earned by working as an usher at Pankaj Udhas’s concert in Delhi in the early 80s. He used the money to take the train to Agra and see the Taj Mahal. He has had 226 nominations across popular Bollywood awards and has won 207 of them. He won the best actor award 29 times. During his struggling days, SRK used to run a restaurant in Darya Ganj in Delhi.
