It's been an eventful week for Yash Raj Films as they've announced the release dates for upcoming movies to celebrate their 50th anniversary. From Pathaan to Tiger 3, all big names and bigger scale movies. Earlier this week, Shah Rukh Khan made his long awaited return to social media to announce Pathaan. Today, Salman Khan took the internet by storm with the release date of Tiger 3.

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif are all set to return to the theatres as Tiger and Zoya in Maneesh Sharma's upcoming directorial, Tiger 3. The third installment is bigger and is expected to be mounted on a large scale. The actors are all set to take over the big screen with their film on Eid 2023 - April 21, 2023.

Interestingly, Salman Khan will be seen as Tiger in a special appearance in Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan before he returns full fledged as the spy on the big screen in May. SRK is set to make his cameo in Salman starrer as well taking the YRF's spy universe forward. Salman has shot his cameo for Pathaan which arrives in the theatres on January 25, 2023, which is Republic Day weekend. It's the much awaited Karan and Arjun reunion on big screen since Shah Rukh Khan starrer Fan.

Earlier this week, Pathaan was taking up the top trends on Twitter as the excitement around King Khan's return to the silver screens is immense. Same goes for Salman Khan whose Tiger 3 took over the top spot on Twitter trends as Bhaijaan is ready to roar as Tiger.

Pathaan, helmed by Siddharth Anand, stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in the lead roles. Tiger 3, on the other hand, is helmed by Maneesh Sharma and stars Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi. Both the films arrive in theatres in multiple languages on national holidays.
