Shatrughan Sinha shares heartfelt message for Nita and Mukesh Ambani after skipping Anant Radhika’s wedding: “It was the record-making and record-breaking marriage”

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding on July 12 was a grand affair, attended by an array of renowned figures from across the globe. While many Bollywood stars graced the event with their presence, iconic actor and politician Shatrughan Sinha was notably absent. Despite his absence, Sinha took the time to express his heartfelt wishes to Mukesh and Nita Ambani through a touching letter and a social media post.

Shatrughan Sinha’s Heartfelt Wishes on Social Media

On July 15, Shatrughan Sinha posted a collection of snapshots from the wedding festivities on X (previously known as Twitter). Accompanying the images, he conveyed his sincere wishes to the Ambani family, expressing his joy for the occasion.

He penned, “It has been a month of ‘events’ with #Sonakshi & Zaheer ‘Wedding of the Century’ followed up with ‘The Most Talked About Wedding of The Millennium’ #AnantAmbani & #RadhikaMerchant it was the record making & record breaking marriage in totality & true sense as the who’s who of the country & worldwide were there from films, sports, social & political world.”

Shatrughan Sinha Praises Nita and Mukesh Ambani

Sinha also lauded the efforts of Nita Ambani and Mukesh Ambani in orchestrating such a grand event. He added, “The entire credit for this marvelous event goes to the great lady #NitaAmbani, her husband & our dear friend #MukeshAmbani & their entire team. Due to prior commitments I couldn’t be there but nonetheless my ‘bestest’ half @PoonamSinha my sons @LuvSinha @kusshssinha his beautiful wife #TarunaSinha attended all the events & enjoyed the warm hospitality of the Ambanis as always. Heartiest Congratulations to #MukeshAmbani NitaAmbani the lovely couple & their entire team. #WeddingCelebrations.”

Family Presence at the Wedding

Although Shatrughan Sinha was unable to attend, his family made sure to represent him at the wedding. His wife Poonam Sinha, sons Luv Sinha and Kussh Sinha, along with Kussh’s wife Taruna Sinha, attended the events. Among the captured moments were glimpses of Poonam, Luv, and Taruna enjoying the festivities and posing with notable figures such as Mukesh Ambani, Deepika Padukone, Varun Dhawan’s mother Laali Dhawan, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, and Rashmi Thackeray, the wife of Shiv Sena leader Uddhav Thackeray.
