While John Abraham’s adrenaline pumping stunts in Force 2 trailer has grabbed the attention, the actor had to pay a heavy price for the same. John suffered a severe knee injury, followed by which the shoot of the film too was delayed.

John Abraham, who refused to use a body double, despite the wound, continued to shoot for action sequences. This further aggravated to the extent that he had to undergo surgery to recover from the same. Sharing it on Twitter, John Abraham also posted a video which portrays his surgery saying, “When we say "blood and sweat" goes into a film..we mean it.On my way to 3 knee surgeries while shooting for @Force2thefilm.” John Abraham had to undergo not one but three operations to recoup from the injuries.

Force 2, directed by Abhinay Deo, also stars Sonakshi Sinha and Tahir Raj Bhasin. The film, which is said to be a tribute to the unsung heroes, rather the undercover agents of the country, is slated to release on November 18.
