Sidharth Malhotra commences the shoot for Shershaah with mahurat pooja : Bollywood News

Sidharth Malhotra has recently completed the shoot for his upcoming film with Parineeti Chopra, Jabariya Jodi. The actor has been working round the clock since he has a couple of more movies up his sleeve. He has also been roped in to play the role of Captain Vikram Batra in his biopic titled Shershaah. The title of the film has recently been locked on and the shoot began yesterday.

To celebrate the mahurat shot, the team took the blessings of the almighty before they commenced the shoot. Sidharth Malhotra took to his Instagram story to share a candid picture from the pooja held at the set. The first schedule is set in Chandigarh and Sidharth will be undergoing some serious physical training for the film to get into the skin of the role. Shershaah also stars Kiara Advani as the leading lady.

The film is directed by Vishnuvardhan and is produced by Karan Johar and Shabbir Boxwala. The film will be shot in locations like Ladakh, Kashmir, Chandigarh, and Palampur over a span of 70 days. How excited are you to see Sidharth play the role of one of India’s bravest war hero?
