One of India's first female superstars, Sridevi, would have turned 60 today, August 13. The actress passed away in 2018 in Dubai, leaving the nation in mourning. On her birth anniversary, legions of fans from across the world are celebrating her incredible talent.
Sridevi's loved ones too have shared special posts on social media, in honour of the actress. Her younger daughter, Khushi Kapoor, shared a lovely throwback image of herself with her mom and her elder sister, Janhvi Kapoor. In the photo, the three can be seen posing for the camera. Khushi captioned the image, "Happy birthday mama."
Sridevi's husband, Boney Kapoor, also shared a throwback image on Instagram. The photo shows him and Sridevi hugging each other, with glaciers in the background. Boney simply captioned the image, "Happy birthday."
Designer Manish Malhotra, who was also a close friend of Sridevi, dropped heart emoticons in the comments section of Boney's post. Janhvi Kapoor simply reshared her father's post on her Instagram stories without any caption or emoji.

Earlier this year, on the occasion of Sridevi's death anniversary, Janhvi Kapoor posted a heartfelt tribute to her mother. She wrote, "I still look for you everywhere mumma, still do everything I do hoping I'm making you proud. Everywhere I go, and everything I do- it starts and ends with you."
