Sunil Grover gets naughty with Ranveer Singh over his marriage to Deepika Padukone and her ‘Ek Chutki Sindoor’

Sunil Grover is all set to come out with a new show Kanpur Ke Khurranas featuring Aparshakti Khurrana, Farah Khan, among other artistes with him. The first guests on the show are the Simmba celebs Ranveer Singh and Rohit Shetty. A new promo has been released and according to it, HOT topic of discussion of this pilot episode was the famous DeepVeer wedding and subsequent jokes around it. The fun duo Sunil and Aparshakti asked Ranveer, what is ‘Ek Chutki Sindoor Ki Kimmat’ referring to Deepika’s famous dialogue from Om Shanti Om. They even pulled in Farah Khan into this joke and had a hearty laugh, as she was the director of the film. Next up, they made fun of some ’15 odd receptions’ hosted by the couple for friends and fraternity across Italy, Bengaluru and Mumbai. Ranveer could not help but sportingly laugh at all the jokes directed at him. They also insisted on calling Deepika ‘bhabhiji’ which made Ranveer blush predictably.

The show will air on December 15 and 16 and we are pretty psyched with it. Sunil’s show will clash with his professional rival Kapil Sharma’s stand up show which will begin in the same month but on a different channel. The two are in direct competition with each other and it is for us to see whose show gets more mileage. Sunil wished Kapil for his marriage to childhood sweetheart Ginni Chatrath which is happening tomorrow in Jalandhar and also hoped for happiness and prosperity with his new show.

As far as Ranveer, he is on a promotional spree with Simmba. He will wrap his work and leave for honeymoon with Deepika post release of Simmba.
