However, Sunil Grover and Kapil Sharma got into a mid-air spat on their way back from their show in Australia in 2017. Following their fight, Sunil Grover walked out of the show.

Sunil Grover had later also featured in a music video, dressed up as Rinku Bhabhi. The song is titled, Rinku Bhabhi: Mere Husband Mujhko Piyar Nahin Karte. Now in his latest tweet, Sunil Grover might have given a small hint about returning as Rinku Bhabhi. "Everything is going to come. Nothing is going to stay forever. So Just have gratitude. That is the key. And yes, laugh a lot. baaki ... mere husband mujhko..."

Sunil and Kapil now maintain a cordial relation as they wish each other on social media on birthdays and festivals. However, the two have yet not spoken of working together again on the show.
