Sunny Deol flaunts his mehendi at the pre-wedding ceremony of his son Karan Deol

Karan Deol is expected to tie the knot with his longtime girlfriend Drisha Acharya in a traditional ceremony in Mumbai.

For the past few days, the Deol house is buzzing with excitement as Sunny Deol is all set to welcome his daughter-in-law. The Gadar: Ek Prem Katha actor is hosting many pre-wedding functions including mehendi, haldi etc. before the D-day on June 18 when his son Karan Deol will be tying the knot with his longtime girlfriend Drisha Acharya. While photos and videos from the same have been going viral on social media, yet another clip that has been doing the rounds include the Deols enjoying the mehendi function.

Just a couple of days ago, we saw Sunny Deol expressing his happiness by shaking a leg with the guests at one of the pre-wedding festivities. Now yet another video features the happy and proud father flaunting his mehendi to the paps outside his residence. In another video, we can also see the happy groom dressed in a yellow kurta making his way towards his haldi function. He too is seen sporting a small mehendi design on his palm.

Talking about the wedding on June 18, a source was quoted by Hindustan Times saying, “All the functions will be held at Taj Lands End, but the haldi ceremony took place at their house only. That’s because they wanted some functions at home for that wedding vibe. Everyone was waiting for this day, and now that it has come they are busy making sure the arrangements are done well so that they can enjoy it.”

Although earlier Dharmendra had confessed in reports that he is missing out on the pre-wedding functions because he didn’t want his kids to feel inhibited by his presence, it is also being said that the proud grandfather will not miss his grandson’s wedding and will be attending it to bless the couple.

For the unversed, the bride-to-be Drisha Acharya is the great granddaughter of Bollywood’s legendary filmmaker Bimal Roy. She and Karan Deol are expected to be childhood sweethearts.

On the work front, Karan Deol is expected to work with his father Sunny Deol as well as grandfather Dharmendra in the movie Apne 2.
