While we last saw this young actor playing the lead in Coolie No.1, he is all set to return as the leading man with yet another entertainer in the form of JugJugg Jeeyo. The actor will be reuniting with his Kalank co-star Kiara Advani for this romantic comedy. But before we get a glimpse of the film, we got a glimpse of how its music is going to be like with the song ‘Sawaan’, courtesy Dhawan and the popular musician Tanishk Bagchi.

Varun Dhawan went live on Instagram a day ago to interact with his fans. While the actor keeps doing this on social media to stay in touch with his fans, this time around he decided to spring a surprise for them. The popular actor requested singer and music composer Tanishk Bagchi to join the live session. Not just that, he also asked him to hum or sing a few lines from the song ‘Sawaan’ during their chat session.

Varun Dhawan confessed during the chat session that ‘Sawaan’ is one of his favourite tracks from the film. The said number is a romance ballad and the few lines that Tanishk sang definitely hints towards a chartbuster.

Coming to the film, JugJugg Jeeyo is expected to have an extensive star cast which also includes Anil Kapoor, Neetu Singh, Maniesh Paul, YouTube sensation Prajakta Koli among others. The film is directed by Raj Mehta and is produced by Karan Johar. It is slated to hit the big screens on June 24, 2022.
