Vijay Varma, who gained immense fame for the role of an antagonist in Darlings, has been riding high on the success of his films and web series. The actor has also very interesting projects in the pipeline including Jaane Jaan and Murder Mubarak. Interestingly, Vijay will be seen sharing screen space with the Kapoor sisters, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Karisma Kapoor respectively. Recently, Vijay opened up about this surreal moment and revealed how he would often hoot and cheer for them in theatres, and now, he has received an opportunity to work with them.

Appreciating their work and sharing his experience of working with them, Vijay Varma told News18 in an interview, “It was delightful to just watch the both of them at work. I managed to have informal, off-camera moments with them which were very nice as well. I grew up watching and seeti maaroing to both of their films and to work with them now has been like a fairy tale." He went on to add, “Kareena and Karisma have years of experience behind them, which is amazing. They know the business and the camera and they understand how to work around it so beautifully."

Speaking about his upcoming ventures, Jaane Jaan is expected to feature Kareena Kapoor Khan and Jaideep Ahlawat along with Vijay. The film is directed by Sujoy Ghosh and is an adaptation of the Japanese novel Devotion of Suspect X. It is slated for release on September 21, on Netflix.

On the other hand, speaking of Murder Mubarak, the film is directed by Homi Adajania with Sara Ali Khan playing the lead role. It also stars Anil Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, and others in pivotal roles. The film is slated for release next year.
