Ranveer Singh has taken the role of rapper in Gully Boy and is seen impressing the audience with his rap on various occasions. Ranveer Singh's character is inspired by the journeys of Indian rappers Neazy aka Naved Shaikh and Divine aka Vivian Fernandes. Last night, Ranveer, Alia Bhatt, Siddhanth Chaturvedi and all the rappers came under one roof to entertain the fans.

Ranveer Singh was dressed in a chrome jacket and a neon green tracksuit when he took the stage at the Richardson & Cruddas in Mumbai during Gully Boy music launch. He rapped on 'Apna Time Aayega', 'Asli Hip Hop' and 'Mere Gully Mein'. The videos from the concert have gone viral in which Ranveer just went for the crowd surfing as the audience enjoyed it.

Along with Ranveer, Alia Bhatt and Kalki Koechlin were in attendance while Kubbra Sait hosted the concert. D-Cypher, Dub Sharma, D’Evil, MC Altaf, Rahul Rahi, Nexus, Spitfire, Ace, Kaam Bhaari, Beatraw, MC Todphod, Maharya, 100RBH, Noxious D, and Dee MC were in the lineup.

Directed by Zoya Akhtar, Gully Boy is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under the banner of Excel Entertainment in association with Tiger Baby and this film on the underground rap movement in India is slated to release on February 14, 2019.
