Amid the Padmavati row, Ranveer Singh was seen performing his hit tracks at a grand wedding in Kolkata on Thursday night. Dressed in a shimmery neon jacket over a black outfit, Ranveer was seen performing on 'Ainvayi Ainvayi' from his debut film Band Baaja Baaraat and 'Nashe Si Chadh Gayi' from Befikre at the wedding. The crowd cheered for him as danced to his hit tracks.
Ranveer Singh will star as Sultan Alauddin Khilji in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmavati. The film stars Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor and the new release date is yet to be announced. Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh has started prep for his next with Excel Entertainment in Zoya Akhtar's Gully Boy with Alia Bhatt.
