Just yesterday, we saw the release of the highly emotional thriller Mom. Starring Sridevi, Akshaye Khanna, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Adnan Siddiqui and Sajal Ali, the film opened to positive feedback from both the audiences and critics alike. Though the film featured a rather dark undertone, director Ravi Udyawar seems to have done a brilliant job of telling a thrilling story.

Recently, post the film’s release, Sridevi spoke about the film and what it was like shooting for Mom. While talking about the same, the actress couldn’t help but get emotional and teary eyed when talking about Pakistani artist Adnan Siddiqui who plays her husband in the film and Sajal Ali who plays her daughter.

When it came to talking about these two actors, a heavily emotional Sridevi who was almost on the verge of breaking down added, “I really miss you all, the way you all have worked in this film is beyond compare. I can’t even imagine this film without you all. It is a very special moment for us; we have been waiting for this so much. All the best and see you soon.”
