After the success of Shershaah, Sidharth Malhotra and Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions’ next venture Yodha has been keenly awaited. This is more so because, co-incidentally, this one is also a patriotic saga like the previous one. And once the teaser of Yodha came out a few days ago, the anticipation for the film has reached sky high.

The teaser indicated that the story of Yodha revolves around a plane hijack and how a fearless Indian officer, played by Sidharth, takes onto the mammoth task of not only rescuing the passengers but also defeating the dangerous hijackers.

One of the USPs of the teaser is the power-packed action carried out by Sidharth. The actor has put his right foot forward not only while doing the dangerous stunts himself but also during the hand-to-hand combat scenes.

One can also notice some good amount of VFX being used, especially during the scenes of the airplane being in flight and the explosions. The background score in such patriotic entertainers has to be of top-notch. The same is felt from the teaser of Yodha. The score elevates the mood and provides a subtle patriotic touch to the proceedings.

With so many plusses being present in the teaser, it doesn’t come as a surprise that it is the most widely appreciated one in recent times, which is evident from the numerous comments on social media.

Directed by Sagar Amnre and Pushkar Ojha and also starring Raashii Khanna and Disha Patani, Yodha is all set to release in theatres on March 15.
