BTS’ FESTA to be held in Seoul on June 13; Jin to make first public appearance upon completion of his military duties

On June 1, BTS unveiled the official timetable for 2024 BTS FESTA including a series of online contents.

BTS announced that 2024 BTS FESTA will be held this month in celebration of their debut anniversary. The act has hosted FESTA as an annual festival and tradition for themselves and their fans, ARMY, around the date of their debut—June 13. This year, Jin will be making an official appearance at its offline event on June 13 upon the completion of his military obligation.

2024 FESTA offline event will feature ‘Jin’s Greetings,’ in which Jin will give a light hug to each of the 1000 fans onsite. The event was prepared according to Jin’s wish to greet and interact with fans in a more personal setting. For fans who do not wish to hug can opt for a handshake instead.

Followed by ‘Jin’s Greetings,’ Jin will present ’Message from Jin: June 13, 2024’ consisting of a variety of segments promising an unforgettable experience for ARMY. The offline event will take place at Jamsil Arena in Seoul, Korea. Additionally, live streaming of ‘Message from Jin: June 13 2024’ will be available for ARMY Membership via Weverse Live.

Aside from Jin’s appearance, the offline event will also offer an array of experiential programs for fans and the public to enjoy. These will include writing a sketch diary to commemorate the anniversary, a draw of ‘today’s message’ featuring BTS' lyrics with special hidden gifts, and making upcycled plastic accessories with the 2024 FESTA logo. The outdoor event is open to the public and will be held at the outdoor area at Seoul Sports Complex in Seoul, Korea.

In giving back to ARMY’s unwavering support, Jin has selected the offline event as his first official appearance after the completion of his military obligation. Dispelling concerns surrounding the group’s time of mandatory service, Jin’s appearance is set to signal a highly anticipated next chapter for BTS.
