One more person who has been celebrating his Canadian rapper Drake who won a massive bet of £200,000.
According to a report in Mirror UK, Drake has added another hefty sum to his bank account after a successful gamble on the T20 World Cup. The 37-year-old revealed a hefty £510,000 bet on India to emerge victorious against arch-rivals Pakistan in their T20 World Cup Group A clash. His gamble paid off handsomely as India secured a narrow win by just six runs. This sweet victory translated into a cool £715,000 payout for Drake, with a tidy £204,000 in pure profit.
This isn’t the first time he has betted on cricket. During Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024, the rapper had placed his bets on Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the finals against Sunrisers Hyderabad.
