Akshay who is seen wearing the England cricket team's jersey plays a fast bowler who plays for England in this Nikhil Advani directed film. The actor even undertook bowling lessons from veteran Indian cricketer Balwinder Singh Sandhu to look the part.
Apart from shooting the cricket portions, Akki also shot for some other scenes of the film in which he is seen donning the Sikh get-up. The actor will be hoping that like his earlier release Singh Is Kinng in which he played a sardar, he once again hits jackpot with Patiala House.
