Actually, it happened so, that the Vikas Bahl directorial had to be wrapped up soon and once Alia Bhatt got free of work commitment, she decided to extend the trip into a personal holiday of sorts. Her co-star Shahid, however, had to return to Mumbai for promoting his upcoming film Haider.
