Actress Raveena Tandon decided to celebrate Ganesh Chathurthi in a different style. The actress mentioned on Twitter that they will not be immersing the idol in the sea but instead will be bathing him, symbolizing the ritual. She said, "My home Ganpati, We stopped immersing a long time ago, instead a day n a half later bathe him symbolically, do aarti".

Actress Shraddha Kapoor, who was shooting for Baaghi in Kerala along with Tiger Shroff, decided to fly down to Mumbai to spend quality time with her family in the city during the Ganesh Utsav celebrations. The actress posted the image on Instagram where she is seen posing with her cousins and brother Siddhanth Kapoor.
