From what we hear, Mohenjo Daro revolves around an epic love story and marks the debut of model turned actress Pooja Hegde. The film is said to have an intimate and passionate sequence between Hrithik and Pooja.
Mohenjo Daro has been extensively shot in India and previously, the cast and crew wrapped up a major schedule of the film in Bhuj.
From what we hear, the film will also have numerous action sequences and Hrithik will even have a scene where he will be fighting a gigantic crocodile which his 20 feet long.
Directed and produced by Ashutosh Gowariker along with UTV Motion Pictures, Mohenjo Daro is slated to release on August12, 2016.
While the primary antagonist of the film will be Kabir Bedi, Arunodhay Singh will be seen as the young antagonist opposite Hrithik Roshan. Filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker had mentioned that the actor fitted the bill perfectly and was hence signed for the role.
Based on a different era is the Hrithik Roshan starrer Mohenjo Daro which is said to be a love story set on the backdrop of the Indus Valley civilization. The film has garnered quite a bit of curiousity since its inception and has been shot in varied locations across the nation and this time around, Hrithik was spotted shooting for it in Jabalpur.
Shooting around the lakeside, Hrithik Roshan was seen in a traditional avatar as he was shooting on a boat. His attire and the boat represented the Harappan - Mohenjo Daro civilization era and Hrithik seems to have been given a rugged look.
