Johnny Lever as Tobu aka 'the dumb mafia'
Tobu is a mafia residing in Goa and is known for giving out loans to the needy. Tobu can hear very clearly but cannot speak. He always has his signature glass and spoon in his hands through which he communicates. All he has to do is 'thak thak' to his interpreter 'Goli'(Vijay Patkar) to tapkaofy his victims. Tobu eventually becomes Dharam's (Sanjay Dutt) fan and cannot thank him enough for his million dollar thappad that just changed his life.

Atul Parchure as Dhondu aka 'Pareshaan Driver'
Poor soul, Dhondu fits the line ‘aasmaan se tapka ...khajur mein atka! ’ to the T. From nowhere he lands up at Veer’s house and is stuck for life! His only concern is his wife Meena who is expecting any moment and he just can’t leave Veer’s house. His equation with Raghu (Sanjay Mishra) is worth a watch. The ‘Dhondu Chill’ trauma has totally driven him crazy!
Mukesh Tiwari as Chauthala aka 'Bade Bhaiya ka chamcha'
Mukesh Tiwari plays the link between Dharam Bhaiya (Sanjay Dutt) and Veer (Fardeen Khan).He gets pocket money to Veer's house on the 1st of every month, sent by Dharam (Sanjay Dutt). A simple soul with love in his eyes for Mary, he confusingly gets into the ruckus created by others. Prem (Ajay Devgn) often advices him 'Chhuttiyan' (Holidays) for his mental condition.
A concerned father, who turns psychotic day after day due to his daughter's subject of affection (Fardeen Khan). Eventually he agrees to give away his daughter (Mugdha Godse) to the Kapoor khandaan, but isn't sure to which of the two brothers. A whacky father who's got tons of Muhavras in his dialect and 'beti ki tension' on his head. That's Vidya's Daddy darling for you!
The maid in the mad house. Her south Indian accent and her concern for the family members, adds to the whole madness. 'Saar naak ka insurance kara lo! ' is what she keeps advising her employers. Very rightly, Prem describes Mary as 'Bahaaron phool barsaao mera mehboob 'AAYA' hai! '
