Besides the others, Bollywood's 'it' couple Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan addressed spell bound guests. Amongst the other highlights, the major highlight of the evening was when Sharon Stone took the stage and made an impassioned call to action to the many business and cultural heavyweights in the room, saying "There isn't a family who has not been touched by AIDS."
The black tie event featured a cocktail reception, dinner, and a gold-themed fashion show featuring exclusive looks by Rohit Bal, Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla, and Tarun Tahiliani. The evening concluded with a high-energy performance by pop sensation Ke$ha, whose songs including her hits 'Animal', 'We R Who We R' and 'TikTok' did not give the guests a reason to leave the dance floor!

Well, the much awaited event just concluded, and as always, we bring to you the highlights of the same.
The event, that was presented by Cyrus Poonawalla and was hosted by Sharon Stone, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, saw the attendance of some of the most distinguished figures, namely, Sharon Stone, Hilary Swank, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, amfAR Chairman Kenneth Cole, amfAR CEO Kevin Robert Frost amongst others.
