This picture of Leander is a personal favourite because of the calm and the serenity that the picture has. You see horses and you always think of wild and untamed horses. Here you see someone like Leander standing in the middle of horses and the horses being so calm. One thing that people don't know is that Leander is an ardent horse lover. He loves horses and he even owns some horses. It is very different to see a tennis star in this kind of an avatar. You would generally see him in shorts with a tennis racket. To see him the way he is in this picture is just beautiful and that is why I just love this picture.

Bipasha Basu
I had done this series on fairytale characters like Pocahontas, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, etc. Bipasha was Sleeping Beauty. This picture was shot in the studio. In today's day and age, you don't really need to put up a set or anything, you can easily achieve this with a lot of post work. But we actually put up this set up. We actually had the bed, these flowers, vines and the creepers. On this day, we only took this one shot. It was really hilarious because it took us some three to four hours to put up this set and it took Bipasha two hours to do her hair and make up. And then she came and all she had to do was lie down on the bed with her eyes closed. In about five minutes the shoot was over. So it is just funny that we had so much of pre and post production work and then the actual shoot took less than five minutes. Every shot would be the same as you can't change anything in this picture as there are no expressions, it is just a calm and serene face of a person sleeping. Bipasha is a very hard working girl. She is a perfectionist and she likes to see perfection in everything that she does. You enjoy working with her because you know that there is involvement from her side and it is not like just any other shoot.
Amitabh Bachchan
This picture was taken during the making of Bbuddah... Hoga Terra Baap. Every time you see a Harley, you have a particular image and the kind of youthfulness and energy that Mr. Bachchan brings to this picture is just fantastic. It goes in as one of my all time favourites because I just had so much of fun on this shoot. It was such a laugh riot and we were having such a blast. You know when I started my career, there was always this fear of shooting with Mr. Bachchan because of his seniority, but he kind of breaks it down and he makes it such a joy to work with him. I have never seen him questioning a technician about his work. He has immense respect for all technicians and that is something that I have learnt from him. If he is on the set and he has given his time to you then he trusts you enough to go ahead and do what you ask him to do. Most of what he is wearing came out of his personal wardrobe- the leather jacket, the denims and shade. He just put it all together and so effortlessly, he made it all look so good.
Katrina Kaif
Katrina is wearing a Gavin Miguel outfit. We used these rings to enhance the whole body and give it a mystic feel. She was effortless in this posture and just went about doing it so beautifully. I love the post effects on this picture, the toning and the textures that we have added just changes the whole look and feel of the picture. I am someone who loves to do a lot of post work of late. As a photographer, I go through different phases, there are times when I just want to do a lot of black and whites, there are times when I want to do a lot of colour and there are times when I want to do surreal images. It is just seasons that I go through in terms of my mind space and this is one of those times when I have wanted to do a lot of post work on my pictures.

I was shooting with Shah Rukh for a commercial for Videocon. Suddenly we decided to shoot this one picture. Shah Rukh just pulled out a t-shirt from his wardrobe and ripped it and wore it. It was a very impromptu shot but it came out so beautifully and that is what I like about it. Shah Rukh is a hassle-free actor to work with.
