Allu Arjun reacts as Australian cricketer David Warner takes his love for Pushpa to a new level in a recent commercial

David Warner recreated some of the most iconic moves and dialogues of the character Pushparaj in a recent mattress commercial.

Among many international celebrities who have expressed their love for Indian Cinema, especially South films, joining the list of admirers is also David Warner. The Australian cricketer has sparked an interesting series of comments on social media after he posted a commercial where he is seen taking his love for the Allu Arjun starrer franchise Pushpa to a whole new level. Furthermore, the ad also seems to have grabbed the attention of the Telugu superstar who seems to have shared his reaction on the same.

In a recently released commercial of Wakefit where the brand is introducing its new temperature-controlled mattress with David Warner as the brand ambassador, featured the Australian cricketer doing the iconic Pushpa step. Readers would be aware that in the past, Warner has expressed his love for this action franchise wherein from sharing his excitement to even super imposing his face in one of the videos from the prequel, he has expressed his love for the movie. Now for the brand, he has gone a step ahead by recreating some more moments from the movie. Allu Arjun, who came across the commercial, decided to respond to the same and reacted to it by dropping multiple emojis ranging from laughing emoji to fire and thumbs up emoji, showcasing his support.

Meanwhile, many social media users also shared their comments about David Warner and his love for the Indian film industry. “David Warner Sir After Retirement : Bollywood Star,” said one of the users whereas another one added, “Born in Australia by mistake”. Yet another follower asked, “Bollywood - can we please have him in the movies????” whereas one of them joined the conversation adding, “Give him aadhar card man”. A user also made a sincere request to Allu Arjun and filmmaker Sukumar asking them if he can join the cast, “@alluarjunonline sir ask sukumar sir to give him a character in pushpa franchise”.

Speaking of Pushpa, after the stupendous success of the prequel in 2021, the makers will be returning with franchise this year with Pushpa: The Rule. The movie will star Allu Arjun in the lead role along with Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil playing key roles. It is slated for release in theatres on August 15.
