An old video of Allu Arjun has resurfaced on a social media platform, and it seems to be going viral. The video features the actor appreciating his fellow actor Prabhas and hailing him as one of the biggest stars where he also compared him to Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan. His statements have sparked an interesting conversation among fans where many of them have asserted that they consider Arjun’s words as compliments towards the Krrish actor.
In the video, Allu Arjun has taken over the mike whereas Prabhas too is present at the event as he is listening to the words of appreciation coming from his fellow colleague and friend. Allu Arjun said, “He (Prabhas) goes great fights and is number one in all. As SS Rajamouli said, ‘Hrithik Roshan is nothing in front of Prabhas’.” While we are unsure of the time when the video was shot, we are definitely thrilled to see competing actors cheering for each other with such sweet praises!
Meanwhile, this seven-second video seems to have garnered massive attention after it was shared on Reddit. Many fans took this as a compliment wherein one of them commented, “I think he is using hrithik as some kind of bar, it looks bad in today's context but it's a very common indian way to butter up someone.” Another one shared, “Hrithik was (is?) the most popular Bollywood actor in Southern India, in the 00s his films would earn big numbers there compared to others.” Continuing the same, other user added, “It’s more like Hrithik is the benchmark and it’s an indirect compliment to him.”

One of the users also expressed the reason behind why it was showcasing their admiration towards Roshan and dropped the note saying, “they are just trying to hype Prabhas using Hrithik as a bar In a jovial way. I don't see any malice there. The only thing this proves is that Hrithik will remain a benchmark for everyone from North to South. It's actually a big compliment.”
Speaking of Allu Arjun, the actor is currently one of the most sought-after actors across India and the country is highly anticipating the release of his next, Pushpa 2: The Rule after the stupendous success of its sequel. Starring Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in key roles, the film is slated for release on December 6 in multiple languages.
