After the grand success of the poster launch earlier this week, the makers of NBK108, whoh had promised a bigger treat for fans on the occasion of Balayya’s birthday, have unveiled the teaser of his next. After the title announcement as Bhagavanth Kesari on June 8, the makers unveiled the teaser of the Nandamuri Balakrishna starrer, directed by Anil Ravipudi.
Along with a special birthday wish for Nandamuri Balakrishna on his birthday, the makers unveiled the teaser of Bhagavanth Kesari in 108+ theatres worldwide. While it was a first-of-its-kind promotional campaign, fans were more than happy to watch the teaser on big screens. The teaser once again showcases Balakrishna in a power-packed character as Bhagavanth Kesari. It has the actor explaining the difference between the arrogance of a ruler and a stubborn rebel. While Arjun Rampal is introduced as a ruler, Balakrishna is shown as a strong-headed man who is out to get justice. Introducing himself as a son of the jungle named Nelakonda Bhagavanth Kesari, Balakrishna is seen challenging that everyone will remember this name for a very long time.
A source close to the film revealed about the upcoming action entertainer saying, “Bhagavanth Kesari is definitely not a regular commercial entertainer, although I won’t give many details about the plot. It’s neither completely like a Balakrishna’s film nor does it feel like an Anil Ravipudi movie. The filmmaker wanted to feature Balakrishna in a never-seen-before character. From the get-up to characterization, he wanted it all to be completely different. His character is expected to feature some amount of arrogance. He also wanted to give Arjun Rampal a deadly look as the ruler.”
With C Ram Prasad as the cinematographer, the film has music composed by S Thaman. The shoot of Bhagavanth Kesari is currently underway in Hyderabad. Kajal Aggarwal will be seen essaying the female lead in the movie along with Sreeleela in a crucial role. The other crew members include Tammi Raju as the editor, Rajeevan is the production designer and V Venkat has been roped in to choreograph the action sequences.
Produced Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi of Shine Screens, Bhagavanth Kesari is scheduled for its theatrical release during Vijayadasami aka Dussehra.
