The producer of the recently released blockbuster film Jailer, Kalanithi Maran, has felicitated more than 300 crew members of the film with gold coins. The felicitation ceremony was held in Chennai on Sunday, September 10, 2023. The event was attended by the film's cast and crew, as well as Kalanithi Maran himself.

The gold coins were presented to the crew members by Kalanithi Maran and the film's director, Nelson Dilipkumar. The crew members were all very happy and grateful for the gesture.

Jailer is a Tamil action thriller film directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and starring superstar Rajinikanth. The film was released in theatres on August 10, 2023, and is now available on Prime Video.

Kalanithi Maran is the founder of Sun Group, which produces films as well as runs the channel, Sun TV. He is known for his generous gestures and has often rewarded the cast and crew of his films for their hard work.
