Kamal Haasan has been using his social media platform to spread awareness about the novel coronavirus. The actor-politician has also been urging people to stay indoors to fight the virus. On Thursday, the actor surprised his fans by releasing a music video titled ‘Arivum Anbum’ which is written and directed by him; the song is all about hope and positivity.
The track also features several prominent celebrities from the Tamil film industry including Shruti Haasan, Anirudh Ravichander Yuvan Shankar Raja, Bombay Jayashree, Andrea Jeremiah, Mugen Rao, Sid Sriram, Devi Sri Prasad, Shankar Mahadevan and actor Siddharth.

In a recent media interaction, Kamal Haasan said that he has a lot of anger to vent and that instigated him to come up with a music video around the pandemic. He also said that this piece of music might help people, who live in dire conditions, to stay positive and calm.
The song talks about the need to stay calm and positive to fight this battle. It also tells us that selfless love is the key to overcome any kind of obstacle that we face in life. The song has been composed by Ghibran who has earlier worked with Kamal Haasan in Papanasam, Uttama Villain and Vishwaroopam 2.
