Kiccha Sudeepa to resign from Bigg Boss Kannada; reveals Bigg Boss 11 as his ‘last season’

The actor took to social media to inform about his decision to his fans along with penning a note of gratitude.

Bigg Boss, no matter the language or medium, has enjoyed some of the most iconic hosts over the years. Among them is also Bigg Boss Kannada which saw superstar Kichcha Sudeepa entertaining the audience for over a decade. However, the actor recently revealed his decision to ‘move on’ from the show and penned a note announcing his resignation as the host of the reality show and that this one is his last season.

He also expressed his gratitude towards his fans and how humbled he is by all the love they have showered upon him for the past eleven years. In the note, he said, “Thank you all for the great response shown towards #BBK11. The TVR (number) speaks in volumes about the love you all have shown towards the show and me. It's been a great 10+1 years of travel together, and it's time for me to move on with what I need to do. This will be my last season as a host for BBK, and I truly believe that my decision will be respected by my colors and all those who have followed BB all these years.” He went on to add that he will ensure that he will end his tenure as a host with a bang. “Let's make this season the best, and I, too, shall entertain you all to my best. Luv& Hugs. Thank you all for this”.

While some fans expressed their disappointment over the decision and dropping teary-eyed emojis to showcase their sadness about his exit, a few others believed that this serves as a great opportunity for the star to do more films and entertain them on the big screen.

Kichcha Sudeepa, who has gained massive stardom not just in Karnataka but across the country for his power-packed roles, is currently also working on his films along with Bigg Boss 11.
