Pooja Hegde confirms it’s a schedule wrap for Radhe Shyam in Italy, will kick off Hyderabad shoot with Prabhas : Bollywood News

Back in March, Prabhas and Pooja Hegde had to halt their Georgia schedule of Radhe Shyam and returned to India amid the pandemic. As the lockdown commenced, the productions were shut down in the country. Earlier in October, the shooting of the film resumed in Italy adhering to strict safety protocols.

Pooja Hegde has now confirmed that they have wrapped the schedule in Italy. Taking to the Instagram story, she wrote, “Yup! And so it was a wrap for me on the Italian schedule of Radhe Shyam. Kudos to the team for pulling this off successfully. See you in Hyderabad @actorprabhas.” The next schedule of the film will begin in Hyderabad.

Earlier, she said that her character, named Prerana, is not mythological Radha but inspired by the iconic lovers. Speaking to a daily, when asked whether she has a double role in the film, she insisted that it is not a double role but something she has not done before.

Directed by Radha Krishna Kumar, the film is a multi-lingual romantic period-drama that is expected to release in 2021.

On the work front, Pooja Hegde will be seen in Farhan Samji's directorial Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali along with Salman Khan.
