Pooja Hegde, who has been shooting these days, decided to take a break from all the chaos to spend time with herself and close ones as she gifted herself a trip to Sri Lanka. The actress took to social media to reveal her birthday plans and shared a series of photos of her enjoying this special day and also expressed gratitude in a sweet note she posted along with her pics and videos.

Earlier, we got a glimpse of the Italian sojourn of the actress. Now, in the recently shared photos, Pooja Hegde, the actress is seen enjoying the wilderness and nature around her. Furthermore, she also posted a video where she is seen cutting a small chocolate cake to celebrate the special day. The actress went on to thank everyone for their wishes as she wrote, “Birthdays in the wild. Thank you for all the love, messages and wishes… will try and respond to as many as I can… for now, I’m just trying to be fully in the NOW. Love you. Blessed”. While many fans continued to share their birthday wishes on the post, many others have showered it with love by dropping heart and fire emojis on the comment section.

Meanwhile, coming to her work commitments, Pooja Hegde recently wrapped up the shoot of Suriya 44 which is expected to be a period gangster drama set in the 80s and 90s and is directed by Karthik Subbaraj. Apart from that, the actress has Deva with Shahid Kapoor, Pavail Gulati, and Kubbra Sait, which is expected to release in February 2024. Along with these, the actress was also roped in as the leading lady in the much talked about last untitled film of Thalapathy Vijay, before he retires to join politics, co-starring Bobby Deol.
