Prabhas, director Maruthi’s untitled film’s title, first look to release in January 2024; deets inside : Bollywood News

Prabhas is currently seen in Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire. While fans are enjoying seeing him on the big screen, there is another reason for his fans to rejoice. Amid the roaring success of Salaar, the makers of Prabhas’ next film have announced the title and the first-look poster will be unveiled on Pongal, January 14. For the unversed, Prabhas’ next will be with filmmaker Maruthi.

On Friday morning, People Media Factory, a renowned production banner, took to their social media handle and shared a post to make the above announcement. Dropping an intriguing poster, they wrote, "People Media Factory proudly unveils the Dinosaur transformed into an absolute DARLING. First Look and Title will be unveiled on Pongal. #Prabhas #PrabhasPongalFeast (sic)." The pre-look poster features a vibrant silhouette of Prabhas.

With that being said it is worth mentioning here that it is reported that the title of the film will be Raja Deluxe. Meanwhile, the details about the lead actress and other key cast members are still under wraps. TG Vishwa Prasad and Vivek Kuchibotla have come together to back the upcoming flick.

Coming back to Salaar, besides Prabhas, it also stars Shruti Haasan and Prithviraj Sukumaran. It was released on December 22, a day after the release of Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkumar Hirani’s film, Dunki.

Speaking of future projects, along with the untitled film with Maruthi, Prabhas also has Kalki 2898 AD, a Nag Ashwin directorial. The sci-fi will also feature Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan in the lead. In addition, he also has a cop-drama, titled Spirit, helmed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga in his kitty.
