Rajinikanth to provide groceries to 1000 members of the South Indian Artists Association : Bollywood News

The ongoing nationwide lockdown has led to daily wage workers going out of jobs putting their financial status at risk. The film industry has several daily wage workers, who are now being looked after by their associations with the help of celebrities who have been making financial contributions to help them in this time of crisis.

Rajinikanth to provide groceries to 1000 members of the South Indian Artists Association

Superstar Rajinikanth recently donated Rs. 50 lakhs for the FEFSI(Film Employees Federation of South India). Reportedly, the actor will now be providing groceries for 1000 actors from the Nadigar Sangam. The Nadigar Sangam is the South Indian Artists Associations and several actor members of this association have been struggling to meet their daily needs.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Rajinikanth was last seen in AR Murugadoss directorial Darbar which was released in January. He will be next seen in Siruthai Siva’s Annaatthe. The film has an ensemble of star cast including four actresses for female lead – Khushbu Sundar, Meena, Nayanthara and Keerthy Suresh.
