According to the official handle of the Uttarakhand Police (platform unspecified), they expressed their welcome to "renowned Indian film actor Rajnikanth ji" upon his arrival in Devbhoomi for the Badrinath pilgrimage. The statement further mentioned that Rajinikanth was "overwhelmed" by the experience and offered prayers for the well-being of the people and the nation's prosperity.

Seeking New Experiences Through Spirituality

Speaking to ANI before his visit, Rajinikanth revealed his excitement about the journey. He emphasized the importance of spirituality in his life, stating that each year brings unique experiences that motivate him to continue these pilgrimages. He believes that spirituality fosters inner peace and tranquility while emphasizing the importance of faith.

Rajinikanth Wraps Up Filming for Vettaiyan

Recently, Rajinikanth completed filming for his upcoming movie Vettaiyan. A picture from the sets surfaced online earlier this month, showcasing the veteran actor posing with the crew. The team presented him with a bouquet to commemorate the occasion. Rajinikanth was seen sporting his character's look, featuring ruffled hair and a beard.

Directed by T J Gnanavel, Vettaiyan boasts an impressive ensemble cast alongside Rajinikanth. Actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier, and others will be sharing screen space with the superstar. The film is produced by Lyca Productions under Subaskaran Allirajah's banner, with Anirudh Ravichander composing the music, S R Kathir handling the cinematography, and Philomin Raj taking care of the editing.
