Ram Charan, Kiara Advani starrer Game Changer to release on December 20: Report

Game Changer, directed by S Shankar, also features an ensemble cast and is expected to be a massy entertainer that will release in multiple languages.

While the makers are keeping up the anticipation by slowly unveiling different glimpses of Ram Charan, Kiara Advani starrer Game Changer during the festive season, fans continue to wait to know more about the release date of the film. Ram Charan will be marking his return to theatres after the internationally acclaimed RRR and hence, fans can’t wait to see him in cinema halls. With the film being in the making for the past couple of years, we now hear that the makers have finally locked a release date in December and it is on the 20th.

Game Changer, which has been shot across Hyderabad and also in a few international locations including Switzerland, will be releasing on December 20, reveal certain reports. While it was already rumored that the film is aiming at releasing around the Christmas season, now the makers have decided to lock a date almost five days prior to the multiple releases that are scheduled on December 25, including Atlee’s production Baby John starring Varun Dhawan. In a tweet shared by Rahul Raut, it is being said that the film will be releasing alongside the Hollywood film Mufasa The Lion King.

Meanwhile, speaking about Game Changer, the film is a political thriller that revolves around an IAS officer who decides to spark a revolution against a corrupt government in order to ensure fair elections. Apart from Ram Charan and Kiara Advani, who will be reuniting after their 2019 entertainer Vinaya Vidheya Rama, the movie also stars S. J. Suryah, Srikanth, Jayaram, Sunil, Samuthirakani, Prakash Raj, Nassar, among others in key roles.

The film also boasts of an extensive technical crew that includes cinematographer Tirru, film editor Shameer Muhammed. The music will be composed by Thaman. Directed by S Shankar, the film will also be releasing in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi languages along with Telugu.
