Ram Charan’s mother-in-law grooves to Golden Globe winning song ‘Naatu Naatu’ from RRR; Upasana Kamineni reacts

Ram Charan and Jr NTR along with the entire team of RRR are currently in the U.S., celebrating the recent win of the film.

While the massive response to Pan India Rajamouli film RRR has resulted in great box office collections, the film has also made a name internationally after receiving accolades and acclaim in other countries. Its team including filmmaker S.S. Rajamouli, superstars Ram Charan and Jr NTR are travelling around USA where they have received several honours for the film. Their recent win at the Golden Globe Awards has become viral across the globe and rejoicing the moment, it seems Charan’s mother-in-law Shobana Kamineni was seen grooving to the song ‘Naatu Naatu’.

While ‘Naatu Naatu’ has been going viral ever since its release, the song has become a rage yet again, courtesy the Golden Globe Awards 2022. The track won Best Original Song in LA and we can see many of them grooving to it of late. Amongst them was Shobana Kamineni, who is the mother of Upasana Kamineni and mother-in-law of superstar Ram Charan. As per a recent post shared by Upasana on Twitter, Shobana, who is the Executive Vice Chairperson of Apollo Hospitals, was seen grooving to the song in Switzerland. Upasana not only reacted to this video but shared it with a caption that read, “Very proud mother in law - #NatuNatu in Davos… Love mom @shobanakamineni”.

Ram Charan and Jr NTR starrer RRR is set in the pre Independence era and talks about the unlikely friendship between a rebel (against the British Raj) and an honest and sincere cop working for the British regime. The film released in India in March 2022 and also in Japan, a few months ago.

Ram Charan and Upasana Kamineni Konidela are also entering the new phase of parenthood this year as the power couple announced the arrival of their first child last month on social media.
