RRR star Jr. NTR meets top Marvel Studios executive Victoria Alonso at Golden Globes After-Party

While speaking on the red carpet of Golden Globes 2023, he talked about manifesting to work in a Marvel movie.

A week ago, RRR witnessed a super win at the Golden Globes 2023 in Los Angeles where the film won the award for Best Song for ‘Naatu Naatu’. SS Rajamouli, Jr. NTR and Ram Charan along with music composer MM Keeravani were in attendance for the awards night. On the red carpet, both the lead actors manifested wanting to work in Marvel movies, someday.

Variety reported on Monday that their journalist introduced Jr. NTR to top Marvel Studios executive Victoria Alonso at Billboard’s official Golden Globes after-party on January 10. While the two of them spoke for a moment, it seems like NTR is taking one step in that direction.

For the Golden Globes 2023, Jr. NTR walked the red carpet in a classic black tuxedo by Ralph Lauren. While speaking to Variety on the red carpet, he talked about manifesting to work in a Marvel movie. He said, “I would love to do this film, my fans are already going crazy with this idea. I love Iron Man; he is so relatable, and he is someone like us. He does not have superpowers. He doesn’t come from a different planet. He’s not someone who has been put through a science experiment.”

Even Ram Charan said that he would be up for a superhero role. “Absolutely,” he said. “Captain America! Why not? We also have amazing superheroes in India. Why not invite one of our superheroes to come here?”

On the work front, Jr. NTR will soon begin shooting for his next NTR 30 which will be directed by Koratala Siva of Janatha Garage. The film is scheduled to release on April 5, 2024. He also has NTR31 on the cards which will be directed by KGF director Prashanth Neel.
